PUBLIC SCOPING
Public Scoping is the process of soliciting public comments on a particular project or plan that will significantly impact the community. From day one, the BCA Board of Directors has been clear about its commitment to engaging the community throughout the process of bringing its destination arts museum to life. In the coming weeks and months, the BCA and its architect team will gather a diverse range of stakeholders to seek greater understanding of the type and variety of visitor services and experiences potentially offered by the BCA for this and future generations.
