DESCRIPTION:Join us for the closing program of the Above\, Below\, Within: Ciarra K. Walters exhibition. This artist talk and workshop invites participants to slow down\, breathe\, and reconnect with their bodies through guided movement. Drawing from Ciarra’s practice of using movement as a form of meditation\, she will lead participants through a series of shapes\, flows\, and rhythms designed to cultivate presence and ease. The session will conclude with a freestyle movement exercise\, offering space to explore movement in a way that feels natural and personal. Before the workshop\, Ciarra will present a brief introduction to her artistic practice\, sharing the ideas\, experiences\, and inspirations that inform her work in the studio. \n\nRSVP
